In my opinion, playing sports is a good way to forget about troubles and problems for a while. Usually, people do not do sports alone. They prefer to ask their friends and relatives to join them. Playing sports also gives an opportunity to meet new people and make friends. In addition, physical activity increases person's energy levels. People feel themselves stronger, more powerful, and better, when they have energy. They are ready to work and think positive. There is no doubt that exercises improve mental health. A person stops being depressed if he or she does physical activity regularly.
However, people are unhappy while having stress. Doing sports can make them feel more tired and annoyed. Besides, there are many different methods to reduce stress. For example, reading a book, going for a walk, and meeting a friend can be more effective for some people.
I cannot agree with this statement. Exercises cause endorphins to be released in brain. Endorphins are chemicals produced by someone's body that reduce pain and make someone happier. That is why, a person can easily cope with stress while playing sports.
In conclusion, I would like to say playing sports is one of the best way to deal with stress, depression or anxiety. We should take care of our mental health and lead a healthy lifestyle
