The first step is to find out which subject worries you the most. When you set your priorities right, it usually becomes much easier for you to map out your time and concentrate. That way you will be more confident in your capability to pass the exam, so there will be less reasons for you to panic. However, you need to make sure that you are not working too hard as it may lead to more stress and loss of concentration.
After dividing your time properly, the next important step is to make sure that you rest and get enough sleep, especially the night before your exam. The lack of sleep and the following exhaustion causes your brain to work less sharp which may have a negative effect on your exam performance.
