The subject of my master's dissertations is Gas Distribution Rehabilitation and Energy Efficiency. In the work will be shown variants increase the efficiency of energy use in Russia, will improve the efficiency and safety of gas distribution, and will support policy reforms in the gas subsector. The project consists of three parts: the First part of the work will focus on gas distribution network improvements; the Second part will focus on energy efficiency investments; and the Third part of the work will direct towards technical assistance. The gas distribution network investments largely focus on metering, cathodic protection, and pipe replacement. Energy efficiency investment will focus on replacement of outdated and inefficient equipment. Technical assistance is designed both will support project implementation and to advance the government's reform program.
